• I have t-shirt color charts for you to reference & choose your shirt colors!
• When placing an order that requires color choice and/or customization, please leave those details in the NOTES box at checkout! If you forget to do so, send them to me via email to craftyheiferdesignco@gmail.com along with your full name & order # ! 
  
  
• My turnaround times vary depending on the item and/or complexity of customization! Please remember that my TAT does NOT include transit times as I have no control over it once your order has been fulfilled & shipped!

• I don’t offer official wholesale items…. YET. 
• If you’d like to place a CUSTOM order of any kind, make sure to purchase a CUSTOM listing & follow all the instructions in the description!
• I know the listings say “Tee” but I can also do sweatshirts & hoodies! If you’d like a sweatshirt or hoodie instead of a tee, make sure to let me know color & size in the order notes box at checkout!

• We accept returns on any items for up to 30 days after the original purchase date.

• Items being returned MUST be in new condition & unworn/unwashed. Customer making the return is responsible for shipping the product back to us. 

• We ONLY offer refunds to items that are damaged due to shipping. 

• NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON CUSTOM ITEMS.
